Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope you are keeping well this week. Our news is as follows

• Congratulations to the pupils in 6^th class who made their Confirmation last Friday. They did themselves, their families and the school proud. We hope they had a lovely day celebrating with their families and thankfully the rain stopped in the afternoon! A big thank you to the boys and girls in 6^th who were not making Confirmation also for their patience and understanding while their classmates were preparing for Confirmation.
• Can you please ensure that your child has adequate drinks to last them for the school day. As the weather gets warmer (hopefully) pupils may need a second drink – preferably water to last them through the day.
• The school calendar for the school year 22/23 has been approved by the Board of Management. Please find a copy attached. The calendar will also be available on the school website at www.tolasns.com
• Our pupils in Solas class are working very hard. They did a super job this week learning all about re-naming in Maths! Keep up the good work!
• St. Tola’s is closed to all pupils next Monday 16^th May as all staff will be attending in-service training.
