Friends for Life

March 16th, 2018

5th Class have just finished their Friends for Life programme. This programme focused on difficult situations that we encounter in our lives and on how to deal with them best. Instead of ignoring a difficult situation and allowing it to get even harder for us, we looked at ways that we could take the situation and turn it into one which we can manage better. We learned all about emotions, relaxation exercises, looking at different options and seeking support from people close to us. We now feel a lot more confident and know that there is no problem too big that we can’t solve. Thanks to Ms.McGuane who helped Mr Quinn to deliver the programme. We really enjoyed the lessons!
