Stick Insects

September 27th, 2017

4th class learned all about Indian Sticks insects this week. We are very lucky to have our own pet stick insects in our class.

Did you know that stick insects are Parthenogentic? This means the females can lay fertile eggs without mating! Only 1 in every 1000 stick insects is male.
