- First Holy Communion Preparation Mass

First Holy Communion Preparation Mass
Pupils in 2nd class who are making First Communion this year are invited to attend mass in Mary Immaculate Church on the Sundays listed below at 11a.m. Pupils and their parents are asked to be seated by 10.45a.m. It is parish policy that pupils wear their school uniform to all Communion preparation Masses.
Sunday Mass at 11am on - 23rd September; 14th October; 18th November; 16th December; 20th January; 17th February; 31st March & 14th April

Confirmation Preparation Mass
Pupils in 6th class who are making Confirmation this year have a preparation Mass at 11a.m. in Mary Immaculate Church on the following Sundays listed below. Pupils need to wear their school uniform and be seated by 10.45a.m on those mornings:
Sunday 7th October (Enrolment Mass) ; Sunday 21st October; Sunday 25th November; Sunday 9th December; Sunday 27th January; Sunday 3rd March; Sunday 7th April; Sunday 12th May

The week of 28th January to 1st February is Catholic Schools Week. The theme this year is Celebrating the Work of our Local Catholic Schools. On Wednesday 30th January next at 11a.m. we will celebrate our annual Grandparents Day with a prayer service of thanks for the gift of grandparents. We would like to extend an invitation to all grandparents in the school community to join us for this prayer service. Each class will have prepared a song/poem/thoughts about Grandparents for this event. We look forward to meeting you then.
