Peace Proms Event in UL
Pupils from 3rd-6th classes have attended the University of Limerick for a practise for the Peace Proms concert which will take place on 2nd March. The pupils have performed a selection of their songs for us at Cruinniu over the past few weeks and they have sounded fantastic. We wish them well for Saturday 2nd March & look forward to seeing them at the event.

Confirmation Preparation Mass
Pupils in 6th class who are making Confirmation this year have a preparation Mass at 11a.m. in Mary Immaculate Church on the following Sundays listed below. Pupils need to wear their school uniform and be seated by 10.45a.m on those mornings:
Sunday 7th October (Enrolment Mass) ; Sunday 21st October; Sunday 25th November; Sunday 9th December; Sunday 27th January; Sunday 3rd March; Sunday 7th April; Sunday 12th May

Book Fair in school
Our Annual Bookfair has arrived!! Pupils will get an opportunity to browse the bookfair with their class over the next two days.
Parents of infant pupils may purchase books on Monday and Tuesday next from 1.40p.m. The bookfair will be open for all other pupils and parents after school on Monday and Tuesday next.
All pupils received a book token worth €1.50 for World Book Day which may be used against the purchase of any book. There are aslo a selection of bargain books at well reduced prices. The school receives credit for all books sold which can be used to increase our school library books for Accelerated Reading.

The school photographer Eamonn Andrews will visit the school on 26th March to take photos of individuals/families. The form is going home with your child today 7th March and there is no obligation on anyone to get a photo if you do not wish.

Pupils in 2nd class who are making First Communion this year are invited to attend mass in Mary Immaculate Church on the Sundays listed below at 11a.m. Pupils and their parents are asked to be seated by 10.45a.m. It is parish policy that pupils wear their school uniform to all Communion preparation Masses.
