Peace Proms Practice 2017

February 10th, 2017

Children from 4th, 5th and 6th class visited University Of Limerick on Tuesday to practice for the upcoming Peace Proms performance in UL on March 4th. We met up with several other schools from all over Ireland and we also got to sing with our conductor on the night. It was great fun doing all the dances and singing with so many people. We can’t wait for the night of the concert. Get your tickets while you can, it promises to be a great night!!

If you would like to buy tickets for the concert, you can do so by following this link: http://peaceproms.com/limerick-saturday-8pm-tickets/

Scoil Dramaíochta in Glór

February 8th, 2017

Yesterday 6th Class went to Glór in Ennis to compete in the Féilte Áitiúla don Scoil Dramaíochta and were successful in advancing to the next stage of the competition.  They will compete in Féílte Cúige in Glór on March 14th

The play is called An Clann is Aclaí sa Tír.  The children have worked extremely hard over the past few weeks to learn their lines and songs for the play.  They put on an exceptional performance in Glór and were a credit to themselves, Ms Vaughan and their school.  It is a great achievement for the children and we are incredibly proud of them.
